Directions

Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 2 to 6 Years: Use only a pea-sized amount and supervise child's brushing and rinsing (to minimize swallowing). Children Under 2 Years: Ask a dentist or physician.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients
Sodium Monofluorophosphate (0.76%). Purpose: Anticavity, (0.13% w/v Fluoride Ion).
 
Inactive Ingredients
Glycerin, Water, Calcium Carbonate, Hydrated Silica, Xylitol, Natural Flavor (Peppermint Oil and Other Natural Flavor), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Carrageenan, Sodium Bicarbonate, Zinc Citrate.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or dial (412) 390-3381 right away (Poison Control Center).

I've been using Tom's Peppermint Baking Soda toothpaste since the 80s, and when they sadly stopped making that this is the closest. A shame it's no longer sold outside of the US, as I travel for much of the year, so I have the stock up when I get back.

I started using this product about a month ago. My dentist recommended it to me because I was experiencing mouth irritation from other not natural brands. I honestly didn't think this toothpaste would make much of a difference. It's been a miracle! I haven't had any mouth irritation since using it. Also, my teeth feel a lot cleaner and they are getting noticeably whiter with this toothpaste. My husband starting using it too and he is loving of clean and white his teeth are now. I will be using this toothpaste forever!

I would buy this for a third time.

It's a pity it is no longer sold in Australia so I can't. The only toothpaste with both Fluoride and Sodium Bicarbonate. I even recommended it to my dentist!
