Indications

Uses: Builds increasing protection against painful sensitivity of the teeth to cold, heat, acids, sweets, or contact. Aids in the prevention of dental cavities.

Directions

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day (morning evening) or as recommended by a dentist or physician. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or physician.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Potassium Nitrate (5%), Sodium Fluoride (0.15%) (w/v Fluoride Ion). Purpose: Antihypersensitivity, Anticavity. Inactive Ingredients: Water, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, PEG-8, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Hydroxide.

Warnings

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Other warnings: Stop use and ask a dentist if: the problem persists or worsens (Sensitive teeth may indicate a serious problem that may need prompt care by a dentist); pain/sensitivity still persists after 4 weeks of use.

I am sorry for the late review but unfortunately my whole house came down with the flu including my 7 month old baby! Now that that's over, let's get on with the review! First of all I was skeptical about the product. I had always learnt that brushing eventually erodes the enamel so how would brushing with this toothpaste help rebuild it? Boy was I wrong! I noticed a huge difference 3 days after brushing. I noticed that my teeth didn't hurt anytime I took hot or cold beverages directly. I used to be afraid of eating ice cream because it was too painful but this was the first time u could do it without it hurting. I am never going back to another toothpaste again. My only critique would be that it's not as minty as my other toothpaste that I am used to and I miss that a little bit. I also notice that my breath isn't as fresh after a couple of hours as with my other toothpaste. Overall it's a great product and I am happy with it. This product was sent to me for free by Sensodyne and I am so glad I tried this. Now I am more than happy to purchase it.

When I first received the ProNamel Daily Protection Daily Fluoride Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth from Sensodyne, I was very exited to try it out. I have a long history of struggling with very sensitive teeth in regards to eating or drinking very hot or very cold foods. However after about 10 days of using this toothpaste, I noticed no difference in the sensitivity of my teeth. I'm also not sure how well it combats acid erosion on the enamel, which seems to be it's main goal. As far as the general quality of the toothpaste it has a very minty fresh taste, but I don't feel like it really gets my teeth clean. Despite the disappointment, I would like to thank the Sensodyne brand for their generosity

I have very sensitive teeth and typically use a prescription toothpaste for them. When I’m not using that I use this and it works great!

Love this toothpaste. My dentist recommended this brand because I have soft enamel and he said  this would help and last time I went I had less "catches" or beginnings of new cavities! Would recommend if you have the same problem with your enamel :)

Decent toothpaste. I use it at work to help rebuild my enamel and reduce my sensitivity. I wish it were easier to find and a little less expensive. I have purchased it a few times and am overall satisfied.

Best toothpaste in the world. I try others and I alway come back to this one. Arctic breeze is my favorite flavor. Keeps your teeth white and bad breath at bay
