I tried them even though I don’t eat sugar and I really didn’t notice any difference, unfortunately, AND, to try this supplement plus the other 3 I was sent added up to my TOTAL allowable sugar intake for the entire day. Not cool. They did taste amazing though, obviously. I’d prefer a capsule if I’m trying to avoid artificial sweeteners and real sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They taste really good. I have taken elderberry supplements in the paste and they didn’t test very good but this did. The packaging is nice and good quality. I have not gotten sick since taken these so I would say it helps my immune system.

I usually have it in syrup form, which isn't exactly the best taste. These are the best tasting and best texture vegan gummies I have ever had. I will definitely be purchasing these in the future instead of the liquid version! My only complaint would be the amount of sugar in it for someone trying to watch there sugar intake. Elderberry supplements can be expensive, but these are such a great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the only gummies that I was sent that have a "vitamin taste " to them but that quickly vanishes as the tart lemony-berry flavor hits! . I'm not s sure how well these work but they sure taste nice and don't hurt. to have on hand to help my immune system, I'll take all the help I can get in these crazy times when our immune systems matter most!

It is also nice that they are vegan, as that is not true for all gummies. What I am not sure of is why I would take these particular supplements. The brand did not provide information on the benefits of the ingredients on the packaging for the supplements, the info card that came with them, or their website. Therefore I am unlikely to use these going forward. I also don't usually buy gummy vitamins. If you are looking for a gummy options in one of their varieties already, these may be a good option. I also do not like that their bottles do not contain equal servings. These black elderberry gummies were quite solid chews, and occasionally had a bitter aftertaste.
