He says these allow him to fall asleep in about 15 minutes versus hours, and he stays asleep for the first half of the night, which is a huge improvement. They are small so easy to swallow.

I was hoping this would be the first no prescription to help me fall asleep, stay asleep for more than 4 hours with no side affects. Love the easy to flip open and close lid. This Melatonin caused me to get drowsy but not fall or stay asleep unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Rapid Release Melatonin Softgels 10 mg and they work really well. I had not previously used more than 5 mg of melatonin and I’ve been taking these a half hour or more before bedtime and they definitely make me sleepy and sleep well through the night. I would recommend to anyone having trouble with falling asleep or general sleeplessness. These are rapid release so are supposed to work quickly.
