I liked this product did take a couple days to feel it working. I would say at the third day I felt like it was working.

I take these not only to sleep, but when I don’t want to take my gummy melatonin supplements. They still work great.

Easy to take. Helps me to fall asleep quickly and get several hours of rest. Tiny tablets that dissolve quick.

These did not work for me. I had to take the 10mg in order to get results. Some people have good luck with 5mg I did not.

Works just as good as any other brand, so you might as well buy whichever one has a sale. I do not experience any grogginess. These are capsules so keep that in mind when buying doseage. You cannot split it in half (obviously).

It’s good. I always take vitamins and I wanted to tried something different and I found it. I feel better every time I take those vitamins. Is affordable and you can find it everywhere. I strongly recommend it.

I use the 3mg quick dissolve melatonin and it works great to get me to sleep. I wish it actually kept me asleep though.

Mealtonin helps me sleep so much better! I love taking 5 mgs or less to make sure im not groggy when I wake up.
