This was a 5 star product across the board but after adding "more shea" it is like every other on the market. It was so good even my boyfriend was buying it for himself every month & he loved it. Ut was the ONLY shaving cream that would block the burning sensation after shaving. The stuff was amazing. Key word is was... I am so upset because I finally found something I could use but also it made the smoothest closest shave and it gave NO irritation or redness. It was the only one that didn't give redness and burning but now with more "shea" it does like all the others. Sometimes with a great product, companies want to make it better, put too much of a good thing (shea butter) to hopefully get more smoothness, sell more etc but all it did was make it like all the rest. geez there was no need to "improve" and instead it ruined it. I hope your PR firm realizes this mistake. It's such a shame because I raved about this to everyone and told them it was the best shaving cream they will ever find. Now I'm embarrassed they will use it and get the same results I got. Furthermore my bf thanked me for introducing this to him bc he said he has the smoothest face ever and now he has to go back to sub par shaving like I do. Hello again to bumps redness and stinging. And yes I've tried the other dry skin shave cream with the coconut oil. That doesn't do it either. Only the vanilla bliss eos without the newly improved "more shea." Ugh.
