I've used probiotics in the past, and this one is seems to be better than the others. I'm not sure about the immunity part yet but Centrum is a quality brand and I expect that the supplement will live up to their claims.

The capsules are big, but normal compared to other vitamins and probiotics. You are directed to take 2 a day and I noticed a change in my digestive system about 3 or 4 days in. I like that there are a lot of natural ingredients in this product.
